Redbottom Fashion – Refund & Returns Policy

Introduction
At Redbottom Fashion Kenya, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, our hassle-free returns policy allows you to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
1. Returns Eligibility
- Timeframe: 14 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or altered after delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email
returns@redbottom.co.kewith your order number and reason for return. - Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

- In-Store Returns: Visit our flagship store at ABC Mall, Nairobi.
3. Refund Process
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refund Method: Original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, credit card).
- Deductions: Return shipping costs and original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Note: Sale/discounted items are eligible for store credit only.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
- Online Orders: Return the original item and place a new order.
- In-Store: Direct exchanges are available at our Nairobi location.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@redbottom.co.ke with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the defect
We’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
- Free Returns: We cover return shipping for damaged/defective items.
